Intended for project managers and leaders and project team members, this hands-on, highly interactive workshop immerses participants in the simple, easy-touse Project Management methodology that maximizes class participation.

While working on a case study, you'll learn how to apply this robust, PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) aligned method to real-life projects and relate what you have learned to your own project experience. Discussion questions will help you relate what you've learned to your own experiences.

In 2006, our Board of Director began discussions on how we could continue to grow our membership and at the same time better serve our membership?  The consensus was that the current PMI-CIC Board structure did not meet the growing and changing expectations of our chapter.  In early 2007, we sought input from a number of volunteer leaders of PMI-CIC.  The results of those meetings and discussions have culminated in proposed new PMI-CIC Board structure and associated by-laws.  The new structure and by-laws were reviewed and approved by the PMI-CIC Board of Directors in December 2007 and sent to PMI Global Operations Center (GOC) Component Services Department for review and approval.
